1. Eat a balanced diet

Consider eating plenty fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats in your daily meals, and let your daily aim be to eat at least 5 different types of fruits and vegetables every day, and make sure they are fresh

Human body is made up of almost 80% of water because of the vital role played in the functionality of the bowel, immune, skin, temperature regulation, and flushing out toxins present in the body.

Inadequate water supply to the body can lead to dry skin, headaches, and dehydration. 

3. Exercise regularly

For this to contribute to a healthy lifestyle, it must not be irregular practice but a regular one. The regular practice of exercise can aid in the improvement of your heart health, boost energy levels, and can also contribute to stress management. Your daily aim should be minimum of 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week. The beauty of it lies in the regularity.

4. Get enough sleep
